We all need 'myself' time.
But what is it?
And how much of it do we need?
Well, obviously, it is the time we spend doing things we like, or want to try. It is so called 'alone' time that helps us keep the balance in our lives full of people. 'Alone' time is supposed to make one's life more sensible and thoughtful, bring peace and sense of self-awareness. 'I am myself!' 'i know what i want'.
But what if one thinks so hard, goes so deep inside of oneself that it brings him to the edge of sanity, drives him crazy. What if one gets caught in his imaginary world? How to reestablish connection between reality and mind?
How to find an anchor?
